This trip consists of 5 nights including 3 days canoe camping on the river Vezere starting at Montignac and descending to confluence with the Dordogne at Limeuil.
Packed with chateaux and historic sites like the Lascaux caves, this is a more intimate river to the Dordogne offering many stop offs en route to explore a bit.

Description
Day 1 - Arrival at Montignac Camp Site. Remainder of day at leisure.
Day 2 - Meet up briefing and shuttle. Paddle to first night camp site at Tursac
Day 3 - Paddle to Les Eyzies camp site.
Day 4 - Paddle to Limeuil. Shuttle to Montignac camp site.
Day 5 - Day at Leisure
Day 6 - Departure

Most people will have heard that the relatively open Dordogne river offers some great canoe/camp sections but few have really looked at the Vezere which is a tributary of the Dordogne.
It offers a more intimate and varied trip with sites like the Lascaux caves on the route.
